In 2010 the Supreme Court of The United States reached a landmark decision that profoundly affected the way American office-seekers could conduct their political campaigns. Simply put, the Supreme Court green-lighted the activities of so-called Super PAC’s, effectively allowing them to legally raise and spend unlimited amounts of money.
