Your article on where are the female writers was really inspiring. I have been pondering on this question for sometime now too. I have just launched a citizen journalism website by women and I have been surprised that despite many members and a popular fan page on FB, I hardly find them writing on any issues. I thought that today’s women want their voices to be heard but I am not so sure now. I would love to have you write for my website. Please check it out and let me know your feedback.

I will check out your website. The female writers are out there, but some are reticent to take on the tough issues of politics and activism. As the horizons expand through places such as your website, more female voices will be heard. Try scouring places like Twitter and Linkedin. FB is good for social media but you want women with strong opinions, not just those who want popularity by the number of friends they can add.
