We are a husband and wife team who love to write about our opinions on numerous topics. Whether you agree or disagree, dialogue is wonderful and welcomed. Rich Duncombe is a retired Fiscal Analyst and former bank Vice President in the area of Foreign Exchange. Cher Duncombe is a dreamer of life yet to come, but has been a high school English teacher and an Investigator for the PA Office of Inspector General. Cher is a member of the SPLC, Southern Poverty Law Center. We are in Pittsburgh, PA, one of the best cities in which to live!
